Paul Smith is looking for a part-time Sales Consultant contracted 4 flexible days per week to join our Tailoring Department in our Floral Street shop, located in the heart of Covent Garden. Paul opened the shop in 1979, our first shop to open in London - making it a special and iconic part of our brand heritage. You'll bring energy to the shop floor, build lasting client relationships, and embody our Brand Values every day. What the Tailoring Sales Consultant will be doing:

• Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
• Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.

• Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
