Join North Kent College's Apprenticeships & Work Placements team in a key role supporting our T-Level students. We're seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate individual to coordinate industry placements and make a real difference in students' career journeys. You'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with employers, students, and internal teams including curriculum, careers and support services to ensure a smooth and successful placement experience. Key responsibilities include managing the full T-Level Industry Placement process, from initial engagement through to completion, and actively promoting North Kent College by developing strong partnerships across private, public, and third-sector employers. The Role: Where you'll work: This role is multi-sited, and the nature of the work will require travel to any of the College sites Your hours: 37 hours per week (Mon - Fri), 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE). Your pay: £33,858 per annum full time equivalent The College: North Kent College (including Hadlow College) is proudly rated as an Ofsted 'Good' provider, with 'Outstanding' learner behaviours and attitudes (April 2024).
