£34,710- £40,919 FTE (£13,602.57-£16,035.82 pro rata per annum)
14.5 hours per week
Fixed Term until 30th May 2027 or upon the return of the substantive postholder

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, industry experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a T-Level Early Years Lecturer. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of childcare practitioners through a dynamic blend of academic teaching and real-world industry experience.
As a T-Level Early Years Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning on our Early Years T-Level programme, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to progress into employment or further study. You will play a key role in combining classroom-based learning with meaningful industry placement experiences, ensuring our learners are fully prepared for the workplace.
About the person
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Early Years education, holding a relevant Level 3 qualification or above, alongside proven industry experience within an Early Years or childcare setting.
Applicants should demonstrate a sound understanding of safeguarding requirements, and current sector practices. A passion for supporting and developing learners is essential, alongside strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
A teaching qualification is desirable; however, candidates with the willingness to work towards one will be considered. Experience of delivering vocational or T-Level programmes, working with employers, and supporting industry placements would be advantageous.
