We're seeking a Systems and Stock Co-ordinator to provide office and quality support across laboratory, production, logistics, and compliance activities. You’ll maintain accurate records (electronic & paper), support stock/inventory updates and variance checks, handle customer and supplier enquiries, and help ensure documentation for food safety/feed safety/traceability, and audits is always up to date.


Key requirements:



  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication

  • Confident MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

  • Strong data entry/record keeping

  • Proactive problem-solving

  • A full UK driving licence
