About the RoleAs a Systems Engineer, you'll be part of our dynamic Systems Engineering Hub, which is integral to the Warship Technical Authority (WTA). Your role will involve:
Supporting Principal and Senior Engineers in delivering ongoing contracted deliverables.
Providing tailored systems engineering services to various Asset Management Service Hubs.
Applying systems thinking to complex challenges and collaborating across teams.
Engaging diverse stakeholders and utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering tools.

Your Core Responsibilities Apply systems thinking to tackle complex system challenges.
Collaborate with multiple Asset Management Service Hubs to deliver tailored Systems Engineering capabilities.
Assist in stakeholder requirements elicitation, analysis, and management.
Understand and apply strategies for system development across the lifecycle.
Support identification of system emergent properties, trade-offs, and risk management.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for effective engagement.
Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering Tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect) for system definition.

What We're Looking For Experience with the V-model or full product lifecycle.
Developing Systems Engineering experience and exposure to the ISO 15288 lifecycle.
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering and relevant toolsets.
Awareness of marine/ship systems is desirable but not mandatory.
A degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline, with aspirations for professional registration.
