Systems Developer (CLLF)

Are you passionate about technology, problem solving and finding better ways of working?
We are looking for a Systems Developer to join our ambitious Data and Systems Transformation team and help deliver the next generation of digital services across Children, Lifelong Learning and Families.
Working with systems including Microsoft Power Platform, Mosaic, Core+, Plinth and Synergy, you'll design and develop solutions that support frontline practice, improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for services supporting children, young people and families.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work directly with practitioners, managers and service leads to understand real-world challenges and turn them into practical digital solutions. From workflow design and automation to system improvements, integrations and new technologies, you'll play a key role in delivering change that makes a genuine difference.
We're looking for someone who is curious, innovative and solution-focused, with strong technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
