Help deliver accurate, customer-focused workforce systems support across Warwickshire County Council. About the Team and the Role The Workforce Information Systems team sits within the Pay & Systems Service, part of Workforce Services, supporting reliable, accurate and customer-focused services for our employees and traded customers. As a Workforce Assistant, you will provide first line support for our core workforce systems, (iTrent and Hornbill), by responding to customer queries and maintaining accurate system records. Your role will support the delivery of workforce services that support our people strategy and service offer. What you'll be doing
- Support customers through our CRM System, phone and instant messaging.
- Analysing straightforward issues and escalate where specialist input is needed.
- Maintain accurate workforce system records and structures.
- Correct data quality issues and keep guidance materials up to date.
- Work collaboratively across the team and identify service improvements., The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible. - Someone who can analyse information and solve problems.
- A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage interruptions.
- Experience of handling manual or digital information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email.
- A positive attitude to teamwork and customer service. It's a Bonus if you have: experience with HR information systems, databases, office or customer-service environments.
