Full Job Description
To process supplier Invoices and general payments on behalf of
the authority, ensuring speed, accuracy and reliability.
To support, suppliers,and internal officers by investigating and
following up on enquiries and resolving any issues.
To be the first point of contact for internal officers using the payment
system (Currently Unit 4 Business World), providing support advice
and information as required.
To support the Unit 4 Business World and Civica System
Administration by processing data within agreed timescales,
resetting passwords etc..
