System Integration & Test Engineer - Satellite

Flint is looking for a Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Engineer to support the development, integration, and validation of the next-generation MODMAN and antenna system. The selected resource shall provide SI&T support aligned with the European/Israeli time zone to enable increased test coverage, and support overall system integration activities. The resource must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while operating outside the primary time zone of the existing team. The resource shall:

• Independently execute assigned test, integration, and troubleshooting activities with limited guidance.
• Coordinate directly with other stakeholders to investigate, track, and resolve system issues identified by the SI&T team.
• Plan, conduct, and document test activities supporting system integration and network certification efforts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and drive technical issues to resolution through structured engineering processes.
• Provide regular status updates and coordinate findings with the broader SI&T team., Availability to work Sundays, as required, to support troubleshooting, testing, and integration activities
Travel requirements include:
• Limited travel overall.
• Occasional travel to Israel to support test events and integration activities.
• Periodic travel to client facilities in the US to collaborate with the team and gain familiarity with the system under test.
  
  Extensive test engineering experience in complex communications or satellite systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve system integration issues.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with external partners and geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience working independently in a remote or distributed engineering environment.
