You'll be entrusted to: Planning and delivering lessons to suit each swimmer in the classEnsuring safe provision and correct use of all equipmentEstablishing and making sure that safety standards are followed in every lessonIdentifying participants abilities and encouraging them to reach their full potentialProviding explanations and demonstrating swimming techniquesCorrecting faults in Swimming techniques and identifying ways to improve performance

You will need to hold either a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 Strong swimmerHolding either a valid RLSS UK NPLQ or RLSS UK NRASTC or STA Safety would be advantageous but not essential as we can provide the training to complete these courses free of charge.Hold plenty of enthusiasm and a big smileYou'll have excellent customer service skills and be someone who is happy to deal with people of all ages and back grounds. Be willing to go the extra mile whilst on your rounds to enable your team to hit their targets.Team player, Serco/Serco Leisure Operating Limited are appointed as the Trust's Managing Agents.
