Swimming Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities, delivering high-quality lessons that support progress, confidence and a lifelong love of the water.

In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess and track individual progress, and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, communication and customer care. You will work closely with our Swimming Coordinator and the wider team to ensure safe, enjoyable and effective sessions that meet award-level standards.

The ideal candidate will hold ASA Level 2 or STA Full Qualification, be confident, motivated, and an excellent communicator.

Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding. Our State of the Art Sports Centre offers a wide range of classes, fitness facilities and activities on a commercial basis, as well as numerous courses, children's holiday clubs and organised parties.
