We are looking for a Swim Manager to manage our swimming programmes in accordance with the National Teaching Plan, and to ensure that our brand is promoted throughout the site. You will need to possess exceptional personable skills and form working relationships with Industry Organisations whilst adhering to our Philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence. You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends to suit the needs of the Swimming Lesson Programme What can Lex Leisure offer you?
