At Wigston Pool and Fitness Centre
This is a key role within the centre and requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns and increase membership levels.
You will be accountable for the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming. The ability to form strong working relationships with our sporting partners will be essential.
If you are motivated by success and have the following skills and abilities we want to hear from you:
- Management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Desire to achieve
- Results driven attitude
- Knowledge of swimming and a relevant qualification
You will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
