Swim Helper

The Perse Sports Centre is looking for a Swim Helper to join their team. The Swim Helper will assist the Swim Teacher in delivering high quality swimming lessons by supporting learners in the water, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for all learners. The postholder's main responsibility will be to provide safe and effective assistance to swimming lessons in line with guidance from a swim teacher. They will be expected to provide a welcoming and pleasant class atmosphere to all pupils in lessons, whilst maintaining the high standards held within the swim school and being aware of all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
