Swim Academy Manager (Lead)
Full Time - 37 hours
Grade 7 - SCP 27-31 £38,220 - £41,771
Closing Date - 21st June 2026
We are looking for a full-time Swim Academy Lead to work at Waterside Farm & Runnymede Leisure Centres who can:
Key Skills and abilities
- Lead and develop the STA Swim Academy across both sites
- Manage and lead the team of swimming instructors
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Have health and safety knowledge in relation to swimming pools
Experience
- Previous practical experience of 3 years working within the leisure industry and experience in the day-to-day management of swim schools is essential.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid STA Certificate Qualification or equivalent from another Governing Body.
