- Preparing sushi, sashimi, and hand-rolls to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent knife skills and product handling
- Ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and food safety
- Working efficiently during service
- Supporting the wider kitchen team when required
Previous sushi experience preferred - Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Professional attitude and team-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop Training will be provided, making this role suitable for chefs looking to grow their skills within a structured Japanese kitchen.
