Sushi Chef - Sushi Craft - London

We are seeking a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. While previous experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate should have some experience with sushi preparation and fish cutting. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team.,

• Prepare and present sushi dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Cut and fillet fish, ensuring minimal waste and maximum yield.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
• Stay up-to-date with sushi trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.
  
  Some experience with sushi preparation and fish cutting.
• Previous experience working in a Japanese cuisine environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
