Full Job Description

Undertake valuations for a variety of purposes, including:

  • Secured lending
  • Financial reporting
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Portfolio analysis
  • Strategic advisory assignments
  • Core Duties
  • Carry out property inspections and prepare valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Deliver high-quality valuation and advisory services across a broad range of commercial property assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Work closely with colleagues across agency, capital markets, lease advisory and valuation teams nationally.
  • Build market knowledge to support valuation advice and identify emerging market trends.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment while continuing to develop technical knowledge and professional expertise.

    We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded surveyor to join our growing valuation team. This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified MRICS surveyor or someone with up to two years' post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a leading global real estate advisory business., MRICS qualified (or recently qualified).
  • Ideally up to two years' post-qualification experience within commercial valuation.
  • RICS Registered Valuer status is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience preparing valuation reports for secured lending, financial reporting and advisory purposes.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and report-writing skills.
  • Commercial awareness with confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
