+ Leading a team handling complex repairs, damp & mould, and specialist works + Diagnosing structural and building defects (HHSRS, Category 1 & 2 hazards) + Providing technical guidance and QA across surveyors + Supporting planned works and service improvements + Ensuring compliance, H&S, and system accuracy,
