Proven experience in the surfacing industry. - Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Essential qualifications: a valid CSCS card and a driving license.
