Full Job Description
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and the wider team to provide support that promotes student progress, engagement, and well-being.,
- Assist students with SEND in accessing the curriculum, both in-class and during additional interventions.
- Help with the preparation of differentiated learning materials.
- Support the emotional and social development of students, building their confidence and independence.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to reviews of individual learning plans.
Experience working with students with SEND, ideally in a secondary school context. - A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
