Full Job Description
To provide support to children, young people and their families through the delivery of a varied family support offer in order to improve outcomes for children aligned to the Supporting Families Programme. Your role will be to undertake Early Help assessments and act as lead practitioner, to assess, co-ordinate, plan and deliver integrated and intense family support as part of a multiagency early help plan. You will be based in one of our Family Hubs.
Whilst our positions are open to all applicants, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role therefore all applicants must have a Right to Work in the UK. If you are on a limited visa, you must have a minimum of two years remaining., We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are able to build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partners. You will be able to see the life of a child using the lens of a 'whole family approach', being outcome focussed. You will be able to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds in a variety of environments including their homes.
