Supporter Engagement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our supporter engagement programme and manage a talented team responsible for individual giving, community fundraising, churches, volunteering, in-memory giving and gifts in Wills. You'll drive supporter acquisition, deepen engagement and develop innovative campaigns that inspire people to support our mission.

A key focus of the role will be growing our supporter base and creating exceptional supporter experiences that increase loyalty, lifetime value and long-term income. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you'll use data, insight and creativity to identify new opportunities, strengthen supporter journeys and deliver sustainable fundraising growth., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter.
