Suitable candidates should have GCSES in Maths and English at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent, and a relevant Level 3 qualification. Candidates should have experience of working with people with learning disabilities, risk assessments, job coaching, and working and successfully dealing with employers. In addition, candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively, to show empathy and understanding, and to promote and work towards independence amongst the user group.

Up to £26,787 FTE, TTO salary up to £23,098 Fixed term contract Warrington & Vale Royal College Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint two, full time Supported Internship Job Coaches. The Job Coach is required to provide individualised, fading support to help supported interns with additional needs develop skills, confidence and independence for paid employment. Please be advised these roles require you to work off-site alongside students in the workplace. These vacancies are fixed term until July 2027.
