Full Job Description
Enable has an exciting opportunity for a Supported Internship Employment Officer tojoin our team, supporting disabled people into meaningful employment and workplacements. This is a community-based role working across Herefordshire andsurrounding areas, delivered in close partnership with local Further Education providers.Your role will be key in supporting students participating in the Supported Internshipprogramme, helping them develop the skills, confidence and experience needed totransition successfully into the workplace.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference, an excellentcommunicator with strong interpersonal skills, who can confidently manage a caseloadand prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.You'll need a good standard of education and confidence using IT systems to maintainaccurate records. While a Level 3 Supported Employment qualification is desirable,we're committed to your development and will provide full training and support to helpyou succeed.
