Full Job Description
You'll be a key member of Codi's supported housing team, reporting directly to the Supported Housing Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will work alongside colleagues across housing, compliance, and safeguarding teams, as well as external partners such as managing agents, support providers, and local authorities. Your work will be central to making sure our supported housing schemes are well-managed, legally compliant, and consistently delivering a high-quality experience for residents. You'll act as the main point of contact for partners, supporting tenancy management, monitoring compliance, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. This role offers a mix of practical, hands-on work and strategic partnership engagement. You'll be out in the community one day visiting a scheme, and the next reviewing performance data, advising partners on tenancy management, or contributing to service improvements.
We're looking for someone with experience in housing management and a strong understanding of tenancy management, compliance, and partnership working. You'll be confident working with external agencies, managing contracts, and supporting tenancy enforcement or anti-social behaviour cases. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse information and make clear decisions are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with residents, colleagues, and partners. You'll need to be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything you do. Digital confidence and the ability to travel between schemes are also important. A drivers licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, so you can travel occasionally to the office for monthly meetings and out about into the community when needed.
Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales' largest provider of housing, care, and support, we're here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential. We look after almost 25,000 homes across Wales and are gearing up to build more than 4,500 new ones in the next five years. Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals with services that make a real and uplifting difference to people's everyday lives. With over 3,000 passionate colleagues, Codi is a major player in the Welsh economy-powered by strong partnerships, shared values, and a genuine love for helping communities thrive.
