You will play a key role in ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred support delivered in line with the Supported Employment Model, the five stages of Supported Employment and SEQF Quality Framework.
You will be responsible for driving performance, quality and continuous improvement across your team, providing regular supervision, field mentoring, coaching and development to support excellent participant outcomes. You will be comfortable working independently across the delivery area, managing a varied diary and maintaining a visible presence across local services, communities and workplaces while supporting high-quality service delivery. Much of your work will be undertaken independently within community settings, requiring confidence, resilience and excellent organisational skills. To support your safety, wellbeing and effective management oversight, you will be expected to keep your working location updated through the organisation's approved processes.
Working closely with employers, referral partners, health services, local authorities, commissioners and community stakeholders, as appropriate to the contract, you will help ensure employment support is effectively integrated within local services and responsive to participant needs.
This is a performance-focused leadership role with responsibility for team performance, participant outcomes, service quality, SEQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement. Most importantly, it is an opportunity to support and develop a team that changes lives through employment, inclusion and opportunity.
We welcome applications from local residents within the areas of delivery.
