Support Workers in Supported Accommodation

iAspire Care Services Ltd is looking for reliable, responsible and compassionate Support Workers to join our supported accommodation service for young people. The successful candidate must be confident working independently while ensuring the safety, wellbeing and development of young people and following all safeguarding and organisational procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support, guidance and encouragement to young people
• Promote independence, life skills and positive decision making
• Complete welfare checks and respond appropriately to concerns
• Maintain accurate daily records, handovers and support documentation
• Monitor the safety and wellbeing of young people
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety and emergency procedures
• Report and respond appropriately to incidents
• Maintain professional boundaries at all times
• Complete property and environmental checks
• Liaise with managers and relevant professionals when required
