Support Workers - Full Time

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. By understanding the needs of people you support, you ll provide exceptional care that can change their lives. Your role will involve, however, not limited to: Helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with unforgettable experiences. Getting involved in support in the community as social activities or shopping trips. Ability to communicate is essential, considering individual communication needs, and helping people communicate effectively with others. Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required) Medication administration (if required) Support with preparing and cooking meals. Cleaning, shopping, planning daily activities Support with attending medical appointments Support with social activities

• Previous experience with complex needs, or Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disability, as per service requirement
• Female as per service requirement, and ideally a driver
