Support Workers

We're hiring Support Workers in Handforth and nearby areas. At Cera, you'll play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals by offering care and support tailored to their needs. You'll help someone with everyday tasks-both at home and out in the community-so they can live more independently and enjoy a fuller social life. This could include helping with admin, joining them at social events, or supporting them at college., We're looking for people who can help others live safely and independently in their own homes. What matters most is your personality: being friendly, patient, and able to build strong relationships. You'll be part of their daily life, supporting with everything from routines to social outings, and encouraging them to connect with friends and family.
