Support Workers

We're looking for a genuinely caring and hands-on Female Support Worker with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. Our supported living service in Camberley is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be supporting individuals to live as independently as possible by developing life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community engagement, and supporting them to participate in activities they enjoy. One day you could be enjoying a trip to a local café or going for a countryside walk, and the next you might be supporting someone to go swimming, bowling, to the cinema, or helping them achieve personal goals within their home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, helping people build confidence, independence, and achieve their aspirations.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role as you will be required to drive the person we support's vehicle., We're interested in Support Workers who have the right values and a genuine desire to support others. Ideally, you will
