Support Workers

If you're a people person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need.What You'll Be Doing You'll be supporting people in a supported living home who have a variety of needs including learning disabilites. This could include: Going shopping or out for coffee Supporting hobbies, activities and day trips Helping with cooking and household tasks Providing personal care when needed Encouraging independence and confidence Being someone he can rely on and trust

You don't need a care qualification or years of experience. We're looking for people with the right values, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
