About Warrens Shawe Lane
We're recruiting Support Workers for Warrens Shawe Lane, our purpose-built supported living service in Edgware. The service includes seven modern, spacious apartments across three floors, each with its own lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. There is also a communal lounge, enclosed garden, and onsite laundry facilities, creating a warm and inclusive environment.
We support adults with:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities

Shifts & Contracts
- 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm - Days) (8pm-8am Waking Nights)
- Weekday and weekend availability
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support people with everyday tasks and meaningful moments, including:
- Personal care and wellbeing
- Meal planning and preparation
- Household tasks
- Hobbies, activities, and social events
- Building confidence, independence, and life skills
