We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us. Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: Who you will be supporting You will be supporting 3 gentlemen with ages 54 - 93 years old. Our challenge is to maintain independence alongside our staff team. Our staff are trained in all areas of support from first aid training to positive support. They enjoy going to MENCAP a couple of times a week to see their friends. They like to keep active, but also enjoy days overseeing the scenery with a good cup of tea. They have cars to be supported about on activities. Driving License: UK manual driving license is required Contract: Permanent 41 hours Hours of work: 10-22 sleep in with a follow on of 07:00-10:30, 10:30-18:00, 10:30-17:00, 10:00-21:00, 08:30-18:00 Other:

• There 2-3 staff per day and there is some lone working involved
• There are 2 day shift which are 10am-6pm or 10am-9pm and also a sleeping shift which is a 10am-10pm-7am-10:15am
