Full Job Description
We're looking for Support Workers in the Mochdre area, Colwyn Bay. As a Support Worker with Care Quality Services, you'll play a key role in improving the lives of vulnerable people through the care and support you provide. You'll be supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions., You'll be supporting people day-to-day to live independently in their own homes, promoting a safe, healthy and secure living environment. You'll build relationships, encourage social development and support individuals in all aspects of daily living. This may include accompanying them on holidays, attending social events, and interacting with families and friends.
Some of the individuals in our supported living homes are capable of leading independent lives, and your role will be to help them maintain that independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care.
Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning, with further progression available., If you are kind, compassionate, patient and friendly, you'll make an excellent Support Worker. No experience is required and full training is provided - we'd love to speak with you.
