Support Workers

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Full-time 37.5-hour contract. We're excited to be opening a brand-new supported living service for four adults aged 25-38 who have learning disabilities and are taking the big step of moving from their family homes into their own place. This is a huge and exciting transition for them, and we're looking for outgoing, positive people with great personalities to help make it a success. The individuals you'll be supporting have a brilliant mix of interests-from quiz nights and baking to concerts and house music-and they're eager to build confident, independent lives. • 07:00am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm and sleep-in shifts. Full flexibility is needed to work all three shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.
What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
• Assisting with personal care
