Full Job Description
We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing quality of life. As a Support Worker with us, you'll help people gain independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of individuals. Our residential service in Brentwood is welcoming and friendly, and no two days are ever the same. You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by:
- Teaching new life skills
- Assisting with personal care
- Encouraging access to the local community
- Supporting social activities and hobbies
We're looking for Support Workers with the right values and experience. At this service, you should: - Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be resilient, flexible, and calm in your approach
- Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Be confident in reflective practice
- Have experience supporting individuals with:
- Behaviours of distress
- Mental health conditions
- Autism
- Forensic histories
- Trauma backgrounds, You don't need prior experience to be a great Support Worker-just a passion for improving lives, a willingness to learn, and a genuinely caring attitude.
