Support Workers

We're looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Trowbridge (BA14), supporting four adults aged 30s-50s with Profound or Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), epilepsy and complex health needs. You'll provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, helping people enjoy active, engaging and meaningful lives while supporting their health, wellbeing and independence. The people we support enjoy:

• Hydrotherapy and swimming
• Music, sensory experiences and interactive activities
• Day trips and visiting places they enjoy
• Video games and relaxation time
• Exploring new opportunities and experiences
• Holidays and making lasting memories
Support includes:
• Supporting people with their personal care
• Mobility support
• Administering medication
• PEG feeding
• Meal preparation
• Supporting people to take part in the things they enjoy
Full training will be provided for all specialist health and support needs. Family involvement is important, and you'll work closely with relatives and colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality support. Shifts:
• 7:00am - 4:00pm
• 4:00pm - 10:00pm
• Long day + sleep-in: 9:00am - 9:00am (following day)
• Sleep-ins: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
