Support Workers

As a Bank Sessional Support Worker, you'll provide flexible cover across our services, supporting people with everyday living while promoting independence, choice and wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting people with daily routines and activities
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Helping individuals access their local community and enjoy hobbies and interests
• Providing practical and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Supporting people with moving and handling needs (full training provided)
  
  You don't need previous care experience to join us. We're looking for people who are:
• Caring, dependable and flexible
• Passionate about helping others live independently
• Positive, patient and enthusiastic
• Strong team players with a can-do attitude
• Willing to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights where required
Many of our successful Support Workers have joined from backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, customer service and other people-focused roles.

Our services operate seven days a week, with shifts including:
• 7:00am to 2:30pm
• 2:30pm to 10:00pm
• Waking nights
• Weekends
