Full Job Description

  • Supporting Adults 18+ with moderate needs and a learning disability / mental health/autism need/physical health need.
  • Encourage and support activities in the service and out in the community.
  • Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
  • Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
  • Stanley House offers: 10 self-contained flats and 2 adapted bungalows, Accessible environments designed to meet a variety of support needs.

    Positive, motivated, and passionate about providing the very best support.
  • Self-motivated and committed to the role.
  • Have good communication and listening skills.
  • Flexible shifts are on a rota basis to include days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep nights and waking nights
