- Assist young people in developing life skills, qualifications, and confidence.
- Provide a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes individual growth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans.
- Act as a positive role model while engaging young people in educational and social activities.
- Facilitate and support daily living tasks and routines, ensuring safety and well-being.
Genuine passion for improving the lives of young people. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexible approach to shift work, adapting to varying scheduling needs.
- Mature, calm demeanour with active listening skills.
- Must hold a clean Full UK Driving License.
Cambian Wing College is a specialist further education college offering both day and 38-52 week residential placements. We provide holistic education for young people aged 16-25 years, with high-functioning autism and complex needs.
