At Lifeways, we're searching for Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Rufford Court in New Ollerton-a vibrant supported living service where independence and community go hand in hand. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you're kind, reliable, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. People here love day trips and holidays to places like Skegness, St Ives, Newcastle, and Liverpool, and they're always keen to try new experiences. At Rufford Court, the staff work hard to help the people we support find their independence. The atmosphere is happy, with a strong and caring staff team." - Manager, Rufford Court Shift Pattern
- Long day shifts: 8am-8pm
- Full flexibility required, including weekends
- Night cover may also be needed What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
