Support Workers

You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, enabling them to live as independently and fulfilling lives as possible.,

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities and companionship
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Accurately recording care provided and reporting any changes
• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Using IT systems to document and manage care
  
  We are currently recruiting dedicated and flexible Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within customers' homes.
No previous care experience is required, as full, paid training will be provided.,
• A positive, caring, and dependable attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and business insurance (preferred)

  Full-time and part-time contracts available
• Alternate weekend working is required
• Flexible pay options (weekly or monthly)
• Mileage contribution and paid travel time (where applicable)
