Support Workers

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team supporting one lady and one gentleman, both in their 50s, who have complex support needs. Both individuals use wheelchairs when accessing the community and require support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping them live fulfilling and independent lives which include:

• Attending social events and community activities
• Listening to and enjoying music
• Visiting the gardening club
• Trips to the cinema
• Days out to the beach and aquarium
• Exploring local places of interest
You'll be supporting them to achieve their personal goals, maintain their independence, and take part in the activities they love.


• Kind, patient, and compassionate
• Reliable and committed to providing high-quality support
• Confident supporting people with personal care
• Enthusiastic about helping people access their community and enjoy new experiences
• Comfortable working as part of a team and independently
• Hold a full UK/EU driving licence and are happy to drive an automatic vehicle
