This isn't just about care - it's about empowering independence, building trust, and being part of life's moments. • Assist with moving and handling
  • Drive your client to appointments, outings, and activities (Full clean UK driving licence required)
  • Join family trips and holidays, creating shared experiences and lasting memories

A kind, caring, and patient nature
  • Reliability and a genuine commitment to person-centred care
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Regular availability to ensure continuity of care
  • Full clean UK driving licence (international licences not accepted due to insurance criteria)

up to £13.25 per hour on a flexible zero hour contract (depending on experience and qualification)
  • Flexible shifts - Days (8am-8pm) or Waking Nights (8pm-8am)
  • Part-time (24 hrs) or Full-time (36-48 hrs)
  • Specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our Care Manager
  • Consistent rotas - plan your life with confidence
  • Accrued holiday pay & Nest pension
  • Recognition awards for outstanding contribution
  • Refer a Friend Scheme - earn up to £1,500
  • Career progression within one of the UK's leading complex care providers
