Summary
FULL-TIME SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL SERVICE IN RAKE, HAMPSHIRE
Are you passionate about providing a safe place for vulnerable adults to feel at home?
Do you have transferable skills developed through experience and would consider a rewarding career dedicated to supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities?
We are looking for enthusiastic support staff to join our team providing person-centred services, encouraging self-help and independence and supporting social and leisure activities for the people we support.
We have vacancies for full time day shifts, 42 hours a week.
Driver preferred, but not essential.
In the same way that you support the adults, we will support you too. NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care would be an advantage but not a requirement, and we offer the opportunity to gain this national recognised qualification.
