We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Bath, supporting three wonderful ladies aged 30s to 60s in a warm and active home environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys being outdoors, and wants to make a real difference in people's lives. About the People You'll Be Supporting Each lady has her own unique personality and interests, and they love:
- Going for walks and visiting parks
- Trips to the theatre, cinema, and safari parks
- Listening to music - especially The Beatles and 60s classics
- Watching YouTube, SpongeBob, and Alvin and the Chipmunks
- Shopping and eating out One individual uses a wheelchair full-time, another uses one when out and about, and one experiences behaviours of distress. Epilepsy support is required for one person, and personal care is part of the role. Your Role You'll be providing person-centred support that includes:
- Personal care and medication administration (including epilepsy support)
- Meal preparation and support with daily routines
- Encouraging independence and social engagement
- Supporting with mobility and outings
- Working collaboratively with a team and communicating effectively You'll need to be confident, compassionate, and bring a positive energy to each day. A good sense of humour and a caring nature are essential., Shift Patterns,
- Immediate Reviews: Applications are reviewed upon receipt and interviews will continue until positions are filled.

- Day Shifts: 7:30am - 7:00pm / 8:00am - 9:00pm
- Long Day + Sleep-In: 11:00am - 11:00am the following day (includes sleep-in hours paid at rest rate from 11:00pm - 7:00am)
