Support Workers

You'll be working in a vibrant, supportive environment where no two days are the same. Our team supports five individuals aged 20s to 60s, each with unique personalities and interests.,

• Providing personal care and promoting dignity
• Supporting with meal preparation and feeding (including PEG)
• Administering medication safely (including insulin and epilepsy protocols)
• Assisting with mobility and hoisting
• Encouraging independence and meaningful routines
• Supporting leisure activities such as hydrotherapy, cinema, theatre, and holidays
Shift Patterns
• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
What We're Looking For
• Hard-working and flexible mindset
• Comfortable with varied shifts, including earlies, lates, and sleeps
• Enthusiastic about helping people live fulfilling lives
• Open to learning new skills (training provided)
• Comfortable with swimming and supporting hydrotherapy sessions
About the People You'll Support They love hydrotherapy, theatre trips, cinema outings, and holidays by the seaside in the UK and Spain. Some prefer quieter, leisurely activities, so adaptability is key. Family involvement is high, so building positive relationships is essential.
