Support Workers

Are you the kind of person who finds joy in the little things-like a good playlist on a car ride, a walk in the fresh air, or helping someone update their activity board? If you're confident, caring, and ready to make a real difference, we've got just the role for you., We're looking for Support Workers to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. This is a part-time role with a unique shift pattern:

• 9am-10pm, followed by a sleep-in shift (10pm-7am), then 7am-9am the next morning
• You'll need a full UK driving licence to drive our company cars
You'll be supporting one individual with:
• Autism
• Communication difficulties
• Epilepsy
• Learning disabilities
They're independent in many ways-dressing, personal care, eating-but need support to stay safe, engaged, and happy. You'll be their everyday hero, helping them enjoy life their way. Activities include:
• Walks and café visits
• Music-filled car journeys
• Updating their activity board
• Relaxing at home with a calm, consistent presence
Support is provided 1:1 at all times, with 2:1 in the community.

You might be:
• A Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
• Or someone brand new to care, with the right attitude and a big heart
