And that's something to be proud of. We're now recruiting Support Workers for Warrens Shawe Lane, our purpose-built supported living service in Edgware. The service features seven spacious apartments across three floors, each with its own lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. There's also a communal lounge, enclosed garden, and onsite laundry facilities - all designed to create a warm, inclusive environment. Warrens Shawe Lane supports adults with:

• Acquired brain injuries
• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities

• Full-time, part-time, and sessional/bank roles available
• 12-hour shifts (8:00am-8:00pm)
• Weekday and weekend shifts
What You'll Be Doing You'll support people with everyday tasks and meaningful moments, including:
• Personal care and wellbeing
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Hobbies, activities, and social events
• Building confidence, independence, and life skills
